Download items are non-refundable because of the nature of the item but will replace any defective product license within 7 days of receipt. We will provide support with any reasonable issues and help with the online setup if the customer is not experienced.
We will replace any item because of manufacturer’s defect, physical products will first need to be returned before replacement. We check all download orders before delivery.
We attempt to assist and resolve all issues once the customer makes us aware and it is within our ability to do so.
If the customer unjustly creates a chargeback for items delivered by means of email, items sent and are in the customers ownership, utilized or opened and the customer’s bank credits them the sum, we will send the case to collections which can influence their FICO score antagonistically.
